Cancellation Policy

At Regium Luxury Rentals, we strive to ensure every charter experience is exceptional. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Weather-Related Cancellations: Safety is our top priority. If inclement weather poses a risk, we may reschedule your charter to a mutually agreeable date at no additional cost. A credit for the full amount paid for the charter will be issued, valid for up to 1 year. Cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of the captain. Cancellations by Client: All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made by the client will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of the notice period. Cancellations by Company: In the rare event we need to cancel your charter for reasons beyond our control (e.g., mechanical issues), we will offer you a full refund or reschedule to a mutually agreeable date. Non-Weather Related Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to the charter, subject to a $350 fee and the availability of the new date. Please ensure your availability before confirming your booking. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
